How we handle your information
Who we are
4LT LLC operates 4LifeTags at 4lifetags.com. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to 4lifesports11@gmail.com. Effective September 9, 2026.
Information you provide
When you customize a product or contact us, you may provide a team name, player names and numbers, colors, artwork, photos, video links, messages, and order details. Shopify checkout collects the contact, delivery, and payment information needed for the order. Do not upload sensitive personal information that is not needed for your design.
How information is used
We use order and design information to prepare custom products, process payments through Shopify, arrange fulfillment, answer questions, handle order issues, and keep business records. Your cart is stored in your browser so your selected products remain available as you move between pages.
Service providers and storage
Shopify provides checkout and order management. Netlify hosts this website and stores uploaded artwork and submitted reviews. These providers process information to deliver their services. Uploaded artwork is accessed using a unique file link; anyone with that link may be able to open it, so please do not share it publicly. Hosting and checkout providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs for operation and security.
Reviews and uploaded content
A submitted review can display your chosen display name, rating, title, review text, and any attached photo publicly. Do not include private contact details or a child's personal information in a public review. Contact us if you need help removing a review or photo.
Cookies and analytics
This custom storefront uses browser storage for the cart and to remember the privacy notice. Optional analytics and advertising trackers are not enabled on this storefront. Shopify provides order and sales reporting and manages its own checkout cookies and privacy controls. Checkout privacy choices may be separate from this website. Use Cookie settings in the footer to review this information.
Retention and requests
Order records and design files may be retained for fulfillment, customer support, and business or legal recordkeeping. To request access, correction, or deletion, email us with enough information to identify your order, but do not email payment-card details. We may need to verify the request and may retain records where required by law or necessary to resolve an outstanding order.
Team and player information
Please only provide player information and artwork you are authorized to share. If you are submitting information for someone else, including a child, obtain the appropriate permission. A parent or guardian can contact us about information supplied for a child.
Third parties and changes
Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate. External links have their own policies. See Shopify's privacy policy. We will update this page when our practices change; the effective date appears above.
