Refund Policy

At 4Life, every item is made and packaged with care. Because our products are created specifically for each order, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final. While we do not provide refunds, we do allow exchanges in certain situations to ensure you receive the quality you expect.


No Refunds

All purchases made through our store are final sale. We do not issue refunds for reasons such as change of mind, ordering the wrong style or color, shipping delays, accidental orders, or general dissatisfaction. This policy exists because each item is produced and fulfilled individually, which means it cannot be returned to inventory or resold once created.


Exchanges Only

Although we do not offer refunds, we do accept exchanges when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. To qualify for an exchange, you must contact us within seven days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue. The product must be unused and in its original condition for an exchange to be approved. Once we verify the issue, we will send a replacement of the same product.


How to Start an Exchange

To request an exchange, email us at 4lifesports11@gmail.com. Include your order number, photos of the problem, and a brief explanation of the issue. Our team will review your request and respond within 24 to 48 hours with instructions on how to proceed.


Shipping for Exchanges

If the exchange is needed due to an error on our end, such as an incorrect item or a manufacturing issue, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement. If the exchange is requested due to a customer mistake, such as selecting the wrong size or style, the customer is responsible for any return shipping.
