About these terms

Review your custom details
Check spelling, player numbers, colors, quantities, artwork, and selected options before checkout. Product previews help communicate your selection; screens and lighting can affect how colors appear. Contact us before ordering if a precise color match or a particular design detail is essential.
Artwork and permissions
Only submit artwork, logos, photographs, video links, and player information you own or have permission to use for the requested product. Submission does not transfer ownership of your artwork. We need permission to use the supplied material to prepare and fulfill your order. Contact us if you believe content on the site violates your rights.
Pricing and payment
Review the final items, quantities, shipping, taxes, and total shown in Shopify checkout before paying. Customization options and quantity tiers can affect the price. If you notice a pricing or product-detail error, please contact us before completing your order.
Order changes and delivery
Contact us promptly if you need to change an order. Changes may not be possible once production has started. Confirm your delivery address in checkout. For timing or bulk-order questions, contact us before ordering; do not rely on an unconfirmed delivery date.
Returns and order problems
See our Refund & Exchange Policy for custom-order issues and the existing exchange process. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Safe use of the website
Do not submit unlawful material, impersonate others, interfere with the website, or attempt to access other customers' information or administrative systems. Keep private artwork links and order details private.
